About 

My name is Claire Witz, and I am the founder of Witzend Consulting.

With nearly 25 years of experience in the Further Education (FE) sector, I bring a deep understanding of the skills landscape and the complexities of FE. My career has included management roles at Coast to Capital Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP), East Sussex County Council, the Learning and Skills Council (LSC), and various leadership positions within independent training providers.

Most recently I led on the development of the Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) for Sussex, which sets out the Sussex-wide skills challenges, gaps and needs emerging from findings in our evidence based and has established clear priorities needed for change. I was also responsible for the implementation of the LSIPs action plan -  Future Skills Sussex Improvement Framework, bringing together a collaboration of employers, education and skills providers, strategic partners and wider stakeholders across the area.

I provide tailored solutions in strategic planning, skills and education, data analysis, research, bid writing and tender development, and project management, all designed to address the unique needs of my clients.
